About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant  to be the organizational anchor of our Bainbridge office. This is a full-time, on-site role with a start time between 7:00 and 8:00 AM.

You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact our customers interact with throughout their project — keeping them informed, answering their questions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with our technical support team, our financing partners, and the wider IGS crew. If you like variety, solving problems, and being the person who keeps things running, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers: answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and warmly
  • Keep customers updated throughout the installation process, sharing clear progress updates on their projects
  • Bridge communication between our technical support team and customers during the troubleshooting process
  • Help customers get pre-qualified with our financing partners and support them through the related documentation
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date in our Odoo ERP/CRM system
  • Scan and manage incoming mail
  • Keep an eye on the office itself — flag anything that needs attention, supplies that are running low, or issues that should be addressed

What We're Looking For

  • Prior administrative or office experience (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • Comfort working on a computer and learning ERP/CRM software (experience with Odoo, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
  • Willingness and ability to learn our financing partners' processes and requirements
  • Ability to work on-site in Bainbridge, NY with a start time between 7:00 and 8:00 AM

Nice to Have

    • Experience with a CRM or ERP system
    • Background in construction, trades, field services, logistics, or a similar operational environment
    • Experience supporting customers through a multi-step process (financing, applications, project coordination)

Compensation & Benefits

    • $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include an employer-sponsored 401(k) with company matching, paid time off (PTO), and an employee referral program. Additional benefits details are provided during the interview process.

Overview:

Intelligent Green Solutions is seeking a hands-on, dependable Warehouse & Facilities Technician to support our operations. This role combines warehouse duties, facility upkeep, light equipment servicing, and occasional on-site job support. We’re looking for someone with practical skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading and moving materials.
  • Perform manual work, including crating, packaging, and cutting metal profiles.
  • Conduct lawncare and grounds maintenance around facilities.
  • Perform basic servicing on heavy equipment (small track loaders/Bobcat, excavators), including oil and filter changes.
  • Assist with deliveries of parts and materials.
  • Safely operate trucks with trailers to transport equipment or materials.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries to customers or job sites.
  • Support field teams on job sites 1–2 days per month for material movement.
  • Maintain and use all basic construction tools effectively.
  • Keep warehouse spaces organized, clean, and operational.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of prior warehouse experience.
  • Experience with forklifts, trucks/trailers, and construction tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and perform physically demanding work.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform simple maintenance tasks.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.

Work Environment:

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Some travel within the region will be required for deliveries and jobsite assistance.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of IGS in your assigned territory, engaging homeowners directly, educating them about solar energy and heat pumps, and closing sales. You will manage your own sales pipeline, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth by delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person sales appointments at homeowner locations, presenting the benefits of solar energy and heat pumps.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of sales leads within your territory.
  • Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and expertise.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, building trust and closing deals.
  • Develop customer networks through referrals and community engagement.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on products and sales strategies.

Preferred Experience

  • Outside sales experience in HVAC, energy efficiency, plumbing, roofing, home appliances, security systems, or solar industries.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay of $600 per week plus unlimited, uncapped commission potential.
  • Company-provided sales vehicle after 90 days or upon reaching sales targets.
